Book List - Recommended reading for High Schoolers

This is a list of books I recommend to my keen readers from Year 8 to Year 12 - in no particular order.
I have added an asterisk against Australian Authors...The Year levels apply to the students I teach.
There are millions of books in the world -- I have mainly concentrated on books I have read/enjoyed or that are on school reading lists.
I will add to this list from time to time.
Many authors have multiple books -- too many to list. If you enjoy a book, seek out that author for more...
